Hey everyone, today I am reviewing the creme of Nature Detangling and conditioning Shampoo. I started using this shampoo since last year and for a while I stopped because I had to pause to try something else. So here is my hair opinion on the product.

I will be uploading a YouTube video soon, on how I shampoo my hair with this product inkl. oil-water spray before shampooing.

We all know what sunflower and coconut oil can do for both our hair and body. So here are some of the benefits of both.

Benefits of Sunflower

1. Sunflower oil is rich in Vitamin E.
2. Sunflower seed oil helps to control frizz, tackles dryness and damages and makes your hair easy to handle.
3. It maintains your hair’s luster and texture and can be used as a natural conditioner.
4. It nourishes the hair and prevents breakage.

Benefit of Coconut oil

1. Coconut oil stimulates hair growth getting deep into its follicles.
2. Coconut oil promotes the scalp health fighting against problems such as scalp dryness, lice and dandruff.
3. Coconut oil moisturizes dry hair.
4. Coconut oil adds shine and softness to the hair.

So this is the two major oils, the shampoo is made with and it’s a nice combo.

Pros of the Shampoo

1. It’s very tick and foaming, just 1 handful can can wash 2 sections, if you part hair into four.
2. Automatically detangles hair
3. Leaves hair soft, moisturised and shinning
4. Reduces breakage*
5. Reduces frizz
6. Clean and moisturised scalp, preparing scalp for new growth

Cons of the shampoo

1. *when used as a constant regular shampoo, it causes breakage (my experiences) so it would be good to use it like a month, take a break and then use it again.
2. I can’t get them easily in Germany or rather my city. 😭

Meanwhile this is just my own personal review and I am not in anyway degrading the product. I just have to come out plain and transparent. I will continue to use the product, but meanwhile I just change my routine once I notice anything different or something wrong during the process of using it and then after a some time, I continue from where I stopped.

So for this product, its definitely a get again👍🏾.
